Saturday morning started like usual (for swim season that is) at 5:30 am. We had an away meet and had to be there at 6:30. The girls swam hard and had a great time. David got there shortly after the meet began to take photos.... Many of the parents went on and on about how good his photos are. He was even asked to take photos at an upcoming wedding! He may need to start another business on the side soon! :)

David cooked ribs for dinner Saturday and we drank some great German beer with our "Great German Neighbors" - Markus, Constanze, Julius & Vivian

David was pretty busy last week - His long awaited truck has finally arrived. For those who don't know the story I will keep it short. It began in mid-January with a trip to the dealership to place the order... Three dealerships, a Chevy plant strike, the longest truck move from California to Texas ever, the truck is finally here! It arrived last week and David has been quite busy customizing it. The final touches were done Friday with the installation of the 5th wheel hitch. Now we can finally pull the trailer with our own truck!
